News

The website of the International Non-GMO Summit 2023, (9-10 May) in Frankfurt, is now live!

09-10 May 2023, Frankfurt, Germany

The programme has also been published.

The summit on Securing and Strengthening the Non-GMO Market, co-hosted by ENGA and key partners, will bring together producers and traders from South America and Europe to inform, debate and discuss the Non-GMO market, including availability and production needs of Non-GMO crops. The summit will also provide retailers and food brands with the opportunity to put the spotlight on their sustainability and deforestation commitments and Non-GMO strategies.

The aim of the summit is to bring together the key players in the Non-GMO community and to create the space for open dialogue - a crucial tool to build stable, fair and long-term value chains for sustainably produced crops in Europe and abroad.

Some highlights of the programme will include discussions on meeting consumer demand for certified Non-GMO food on a longer term basis; creating benefits and synergies with sustainability standards, such as Non-GMO and deforestation-free; hearing from producers and processors on strengthening supply; and a panel session of major European retailers on their sustainability strategies.

The International Non-GMO Summit 2023 is hosted and coordinated by European key business associations in the Non-GMO market:
